Meet The Crew
Shairose Jassani
The brains behind the business, always making sure we stay in line. Shairose has been a great help to the business making customers happy wherever she can. She is also the inspiration for our food being one of the crew members from East Africa.
Maheepala (Dumi) Sugathadasa
The guy who loves FRIES. Dumi is our right hand man. Helping the company in any way he can. He loves to make things spicy being from Sri Lanka but that has never stopped him from making our famous Shrimp Curry.
Akil Jassani
The Techie. This kid is either eating, texting, or helping customers. He looks after all our media including designing our menus. Having visited East Africa a few times now he loves to eat all the food as he says "It reminds me of the beach and more importantly the HEAT." We love having aboard because if something breaks he can usually fix it.
Altaf Jassani
Our original builder. Al has been there from the begining, litterally when we started. From helping us build our amazing truck to our new comissary, and even folding samosas. His passion to cook can sometimes be a little outrageous but that never held him back.
Jassani SRs
Sultan and Zarina. The original power couple. They love to help out wherever they can. The backbone to the business.
Rahil Jassani
The Young Guy. He is the youngest member of the crew giving him the best jobs. From being the mascot to being the one man camera crew; he has done it all.
Shenaz Kanji
They always said that behind everything great there was a woman, thats just the case with our Masala Fish.
